در مراسم افتتاحیه نهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی، آیت الله ' محمدی گلپایگانی ' رییس دفتر رهبر معظم انقلاب ، 'محمود احمدی نژاد ' رییس جمهوری ، آیت الله ' صادق آملی لاریجانی' رییس قوه قضاییه،آیت الله ' احمد جنتی ' دبیر شورای نگهبان به همراه اعضای این شورا، اعضای هیات دولت، آقای 'اكبر هاشمی رفسنجانی ' رییس مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام به همراه اعضای این مجمع، آیت الله محمدرضا مهدوی كنی رییس مجلس خبرگان رهبری و شماری دیگر از مقامات لشكری و كشوری حضور دارند.
